PRODUCT GUARANTEE
INTEGRATED SYSTEMS AND / OR INDIVIDUAL HOT WATER STORAGE CONTAINERS
Applies only to Cyprus and to integrated systems and / or individual hot water storage tanks.
The guarantee expires in case of interventions and repairs by a person not authorized by VELPA SOLAR HEATERS.
TYPES OF GUARANTEE
5YEARS
- 5 years
- For the collector or collectors.
Note: The guarantee does not cover damage to the collector glass. - For the copper hot water tank (boiler) the guarantee is valid under the condition of service every two years by VELPA SOLAR. Prove on a form and stamp.
2YEARS
- In case the installation concerns only the copper hot water storage tank.
- For solar water heater accessories such as accessories, safety valve and expansion tank.
- For the emagie hot water storage tank (boiler) the guarantee is valid under the condition of service every 2 years by VELPA SOLAR.
We are always ready to serve you both during the guarantee period and after its expiration.
*Damage that may be caused by sabotage, bad weather or third party interference, as well as damage due to misuse, negligence during operation or poor electrical installation or incorrect connection to the water network is not covered by the guarantee.
